We reserve the right to change these Terms of Use at any time with or without notice to any affected parties.

Website visitors should not take action upon this information. The information on this website is not intended to create, and receipt of it does not constitute, an attorney-client relationship. No person or organization should act upon this information without first seeking professional counsel from an attorney licensed in the applicable jurisdiction.
We cannot and do not represent you until our client intake process is completed including a Fee and Representation Agreement has been signed by both you and Purple Fox Legal. Further, we reserve the right to accept or decline representing any person or organization in any matter. Accordingly, please do not send us any confidential information about any matter until you receive a written statement from us advising you that we represent you.
Once you have returned a signed copy of our Fee and Representation Agreement to us, you will be our client, and we may exchange confidential information freely. Again, do not send us unsolicited confidential information until you speak with one of our attorneys and get authorization to send that information to us. Unless otherwise agreed in advance, all unsolicited inquiries or information received by Purple Fox Legal will not be regarded as confidential.
Some aspects of this website may allow you to register for newsletters, events, functions, or seminars hosted by, sponsored by, or associated with Purple Fox Legal. The transmission or receipt of any information related to registration for any event or service does not create an attorney-client relationship.
Our website may provide links to other websites that may be useful or informative. These links to third party sites or information are not intended, and should not be interpreted by website visitors, as constituting or implying our endorsement, sponsorship, or recommendation of the third party information, products, or services found there.
Restrictions on use of Purple Fox Legal content in third party applications, including artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, such as large language models, generative AI, and conversational AI
We would like to take this opportunity to remind you that we do NOT permit you to use or upload our content into external applications, bots, software, or websites, including those using AI technologies, such as large language models, generative AI, and conversational AI. In accordance to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, we must uphold our duty to protect our content and must acknowledge that all of our website visitors, customers, and clients share these same obligations.
Chargebacks
Purple Fox Legal PLLC shall have no liability for losses, chargebacks, uncollected fees, expenses, or any other items relating to any balance owed to it by a customer or client. Purple Fox Legal PLLC shall not be obligated to indemnify any customer’s or client’s credit card issuer and/or financial institution for any chargebacks or any risk of chargebacks.
If any customer or client of Purple Fox Legal PLLC places a chargeback with their credit card issuer and/or financial institution (on purpose or by mistake) for an outstanding balance owed to Purple Fox Legal PLLC, we reserve the rights to charge the customer or client a fee to cover our investigative costs, attorneys fees, and legal expenses to prove the customer or client authorized the payment and/or agreed to pay Purple Fox Legal PLLC the outstanding balance and to enforce our right to payment. In addition, Purple Fox Legal shall be entitled to seek all other legal remedies available under the law.
Payments and Late Fees
Strategy sessions must be paid for in full prior to the appointment being confirmed. No exceptions will be made. Digital products provided by Purple Fox Legal PLLC must be paid for in full prior to the digital product being sent to the payee. No exceptions will be made.
All other services provided by Purple Fox Legal PLLC are subject to payment within 7 days. If payment is not received within 7 days, a late fee of 3.0% per month will be applied to the outstanding balance until paid in full.
Canceling and/or Rescheduling Strategy Sessions
If you find that you must cancel or reschedule your strategy session appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. If you fail to provide us with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, an additional fee may be charged to you. You may reschedule your strategy session appointment using the rescheduling link found within the calendar invitation emailed to you when you created your strategy session appointment.
Failure to complete our potential client intake form at least 5 days before your strategy session will result in your appointment being canceled without a refund.
Refunds will not be provided for canceled and/or rescheduled appointments.
